What to send

  • Bug reports or incorrect pace calculations.
  • Suggestions for new race distances or training tools.
  • Questions about privacy, advertising, or site content.

PaceBib app support

For an app bug, include the following details so we can reproduce it.

  • Your iPhone model and iOS version.
  • The PaceBib version and build number shown in Settings.
  • The steps you followed, the result you expected, and what happened.
  • Your selected race distance and units, if relevant.

For website issues, include your browser and device instead.

Send app or website feedback through our public GitHub issue tracker. A GitHub account is required to post. Open a support issue.

Issues and attachments are public. Omit your birth date, private health information, and account details. Check screenshots for personal information before posting.
